Amelex provides engineering expertise to Department of Defense (DoD) programs throughout all phases of acquisition, from design engineering to direct program management support. Current programs supported include Acquisition Category (ACAT) I programs, Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), and Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) programs.
In support of the Navy and Air Force programs, Amelex provides systems engineering expertise to assist program managers in the design and development of new and innovative systems. Amelex engineers are involved in all aspects of the system development, from the Concept Exploration Phase through Fleet Installation. We participate in requirements and design reviews, schedule and budget development, test planning, scheduling, logistics and risk assessment meetings to ensure engineering phases correspond with programmatic requirements through the entire acquisition process.
Our team provides sound expertise, advice, and recommendations to the customer throughout the existence of the program in order to ensure that the government receives an outstanding product to provide to the war fighter.
